Working within a local Montessori public school, we are building a dedicated outdoor classroom designed to teach sustainable farming and food sovereignty. In a region where Hurricane Maria exposed the vulnerabilities of a food-export-heavy economy, this project serves as a vital hub for community-led development. Together, we are equipping students and families with the skills to grow their own food and strengthen their community’s infrastructure.
