Costa Rica Nov 2026
Project: Surf for Life is excited to return to Pavones for our fifth project to support the construction of a community-based consultation and clinical laboratory space.
Location: Pavones is home to the second longest left hand break in the world, and full of rich biodiversity in the magical Golfo Dulce

Nicaragua Mar 2027
Project: Our current focus is on school renovations, aiming to modernize and preserve local learning spaces.
Location: El Manzano Uno is home to world renowned Boom surf break, and a variety of waves for all levels. The area includes mangroves, volcanos and a vibrant local community.

Puerto Rico Feb 2027
Project: Working within a local Montessori public school, we are building a dedicated outdoor classroom designed to teach sustainable farming and food sovereignty.
Location: On the south eastern coast of Puerto Rico, the area is surrounded by beautiful beaches, multi generational regenerative farms and rich cultural heritage

Coastal Peru May 2027
Project: In partnership with WAVES Lobitos, Surf For Life is supporting the construction of a community center and additional volunteer housing.
Location: The road to Lobitos passes through dry, barren desert and into the bustling fishing district of Talara in northern Peru. It is blessed with a multitude of waves. The surf spots break in all different swell sizes and directions.

Sacred Vally Peru 2027
Project: We are continuing our relationship with AASD supporting water access and irrigation systems to rural indigenous communities in the Sacred Valley
Location: The Sacred Valley is known as the breadbasket of the Incas for its agricultural production that fed an empire. The picturesque valley sits at 10,000ft above sea level and is rich in history and archeological ruins, the most famous of which is Machu Picchu.

Guatemala Fall 2027
Project: Continuing on over 4 years of support for local education in El Paredon, SFL is supporting the demolition and reconstruction of a vital school library in this coastal community.
Location: El Paredon, Guatemala is a growing surf community on the Pacific coast, surrounded by mangroves, wildlife and a vibrant and active local community
